Figure Sketching at Aberdeen Art Gallery SOLD OUT!
£30.00
Join us on Saturday 21st March at Aberdeen Art Gallery for a relaxed and inspiring drawing workshop focused on figure sketching.
10.30-3.30 in the McBey Library, 2nd Floor, (up the stairs or elevator and turn left).
Taking inspiration from the expressive travel sketches of Aberdeen-born artist James McBey, we’ll explore how quick, observational drawings can capture movement, character, and atmosphere with just a few confident lines. McBey’s sketchbooks from his travels show how powerful simple drawings can be when observation and spontaneity come together.
All abilities are welcome.
